The unit price of above quotation is per KGS, minimum charge weight 100 KGS; charge weight = volume (cubic) * 167;

Customs declaration fee: RMB 500/BL (accept separated custom declaration for tax refund), must provide formal customs declaration documents along with cargo, the declaration value should be reported according to the actual value, our company is not responsible for the customs clearance problems caused by declaration documents

Not accept cargo in US anti-dumping catalogue: please check the catalogue in the back page of the quotation. One product name for one shipment , extra 30RMB for one more product name.

Product with battery, clothing, hats, gloves electric products, leather products, shoes (except LED shoes), telescope, glasses, automotive interior decoration, commercial inspection products, family knives (not accept controlled tools) products, fingertip gyro, charge extra 2RMB/KG; textiles, folding metal tables and chairs, canvas, maps, pure glass products, 3D glasses (not accept other glasses), Bluetooth products (no Bluetooth logo), paper products and FDA products charge extra 3RMB / KG; other special products please consult us

If the magnetic products are found and not inform us in advance, will be fined RMB800 each case, and will be arranged to return warehouse

If the declared value is higher than 2000 USD, charging by 0.375% of the value, and the minimum 250RMB customs clearance fee per shipment

For all goods that ship to the United States, it is recommended to affix the origin mark "made in China", otherwise the delay or additional costs due to customs reasons shall be borne by the shipper

If the customs proceed inspection, or the information is not complete or not detailed, the customs will charge a certain amount of warehouse fee, the fee is at cost

Not accept P.O.BOX, military address, Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico / Guam / and other islands address, residential address charge extra 30RMB/package, the minimum charge is 250RMB/ shipment. If changing address due to the error address, will charge extra RMB100/package; we do not promise 100% success of changing address and we will not bear any compensation; remote areas: charge extra RMB2/ KG, the minimum charge RMB25/package;

We accept products include: hardware, small home appliances, material products, LED, electronic products, etc.; do not receive counterfeit brand, liquid, powder, food, medicine, inflammable, explosive, antiques, currency, product that is prohibited to export and airline embargo; If any prohibited product is found, will fine RMB1000-10000;

If the recipient or the sender requires, or the wrong address cannot deliver, we will charge sender the cost incurred by the return process. Our company does not promise 100% success in all the temporary fasteners and the delivery address change business and our company will not bear any compensation if any problem

The declaration invoice must be consistent with the goods, and all customers must fill in our forecast format in strict, we are not responsible for the delay, loss or detention caused by custom

Delivery of the goods to our company represents the acceptance of the relevant terms of our company.

Package requirements:

Each package should be affixed with more than 2 qualified FBA labels and our company labels. Our label should be affixed with 2 pieces in each package, half of the size of A4 paper, and one for each corner. No more than 100 packages per shipment.

Package size requirements:

Normal goods (also meet all the following rules, regular cartons)

A.Single package weight <30kg

B. 0cm <the longest one-sided length <122cm

C. 0cm <the second long one-sided length <75cm

D. The longest one-sided length + circumference is <330cm

Overdimension cargo (meet single package weight <67kg and circumference + the longest one-sided length <330cm), but if in any of the following cases, extra RMB77 / package.

A. Single package weight >=30kg

B. 122cm =<the longest one-sided length=<274cm

C. The second long one-sided length >=75cm

OVERSIZE PACKAGE (meet the single package weight <= 67kg), but if 330cm <=circumference + the longest one-sided length <419cm, extra RMB510 / package

⑷ GROUND UNAUTHORIZED PACKAGE: Meet anyone of the following conditions may be rejected, if UPS / FEDEX accepted, extra RMB805 / package

A.Single package weight >=67kg

B. the longest one-sided length >=274cm

C. circumference + the longest one-sided length >=419cm

FBA cargo need to provide FBA ID (FBAxxxxxxxx), no need for reference ID or warehouse reservation.

Compensation Plan:

If good lose or be detained by customs in the process of transportation, such as the loss of goods, or customs, UPS compensation rules: USD100/BL, but no freight refund, no compensation for any damag,!(In case of infringement, our company will not bear any liability and reserve to pursue the compensation for the losses caused by the sender)

For the loss after delivered to UPS, the compensation shall be compensated according to the declared value (not exceeding 100USD/shipment). Goods sent into the Amazon warehouse, but the online data display is not signed, need to provide data before compensation.

 If only deliver part of cargo on the same voyage, and the remaining part is not delivered for more than 15 working days, you can directly apply for compensation. 

In any natural disasters and irresistible factors, the company will not make any compensation!

If the customer requests to purchase insurance, the insurance fee will be charged at 5% of the value of the goods. There is no dispute over this compensation plan, please read it carefully before delivery, otherwise it will be deemed to agree to this provision.

Business Description:

Billing method: charge real weight or volume, 1CBM=6000KG, single box weight shall not be less than 12 KG, less than 12 KG will charge as 12 KG. Not accept the request of separated custom clearance.

Various surcharge:

Package requirements:

Only accept carton package

If the goods meet any of the following conditions, the UPS will charge additional fee RMB80/package (this fee shall be superimposed):

A. The longest side length exceeds 120cm or the second longest side length exceeds 76cm;

B. Single package weight exceeds 30 KG (actual weight exceeds 30 KG)

C. (width + height) * 2 + length, not more than 330CM

D. (width + height) * 2 + length over 330CM but not exceeding UPS maximum perimeter 419CM, is a large package, charge additional fee RMB500/package

E. Not accpet cargo that actual weight exceeds 70 KG, the length exceeds 270 cm or (width + height) * 2 + the length exceeds the UPS maximum limit of 419CM

If found in the UPS system, it will be charged RMB800/package for more than the maximum dimension restriction, and other surcharges will also apply

Package to Amazon warehouse should stick two warehouse entrance code, do not stick in the box seal

Compensation plan:

in the process of air transport, if the goods are lost or detained, compensation is USD100 / BL according to the UPS compensation rules, no refund of freight. Please buy insurance for high-value goods on your own

In particular, the following case does not fall within the scope of compensation:

In case of infringement, our company will not bear any responsibility, and reserve to investigate the sender for the loss of our company;

If the goods are not declared according to the actual value, infringement of intellectual property rights, local import ban and other reasons caused by the customs withholding of goods, this situation is not within the scope of compensation, our company only assists the sender to prepare customs clearance documents;

Such as the quality of the goods themselves and involving specific certification issues, not within the scope of compensation

In case of war, natural disasters and other force majeure factors in addition to the destruction or loss of goods, is not within the scope of compensation

In case of flight delay / customs clearance delay during transportation, the overall time delay caused by the delay is not within the scope of compensation

Lack of product quantity, damage is not within the scope of compensation

Fragile products are not within the scope of compensation

Invoice declaration must be consistent with the goods, otherwise we will not be responsible for the delay or loss or detention; the tracking goods shall be checked on UPS website

Disclaimer: This channel includes tax payment and delivery, but is not equivalent to ensure the success of customs clearance. For example electronic and electrical products, need to have CE lable and CE certification. Toys, children-used and baby-used products need CE, EN71 certification. If the product is inspected due to certification problems, the customer should to provide relative certification and report. Our company can assist in customs clearance but not assume the relevant responsibility, please prepare the relevant certificates by yourself

FBA goods should be labeled with at least two suitable labels before sending to warehouse. Package more than 15 KG should be labeled with overweight labels. If warehouse reject because of such problems , our company will not assume the relevant responsibility

For the loss after the foreign delivery agent withdraw, shall compensate according to the standard, the maximum compensation of each shipment does not exceed 100USD and no other explanation.
